About Us
People and community are at the core of who we are. Each circle in our logo represents the school, teacher, parent, and student. At the point where we intersect, where Plumptre Advisory comes alongside you, we are pulling on our strengths and working with you to ensure you achieve your school or child’s development goals.
We are striving to make the right connections! Whether it be supporting the school leader in:
- Making the right choice regarding additions to their team.
- Providing the right professional training opportunities so this in turn will impact the school positively.
- Addressing administrative and management challenges.
Whether it be guiding families in making the right school choice for their child, at Plumptre Advisory, we are not only motivated to provide excellent service to our clients, but it is our desire to build long-term relationships. It is our hope that each client will eventually become a part of our extended network, a part of our family.
Working in the education sector is more heart-based than transactional. There is no other greater reward than to see how children evolve, develop and flourish. The education space is unique in that the work has a direct effect on lives and when it is done right, it has a phenomenal effect on the future of the child.
Our role at Plumptre Advisory is to provide a means to that end. We provide the support and help to build the operational infrastructure for schools to keep making this impact.
